Senior IT Change Management Consultant Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL | Duration: 12 Months Overview Our client is a leading energy company seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Management Consultant to support enterprise IT portal enhancements and organizational transformation initiatives. This critical role focuses on ensuring effective change design, communication, and adoption across the enterprise using proven methodologies like the ADKAR model. Key Responsibilities Lead change management initiatives for enterprise IT portal enhancements and system implementations Apply ADKAR model and other change methodologies to drive successful adoption Develop comprehensive change strategies, communication plans, and training programs Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all organizational levels Conduct change readiness assessments and impact analyses Create and deliver change management artifacts including stakeholder maps, communication matrices, and training materials Monitor adoption metrics and provide recommendations for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless change implementation Operate independently with minimal oversight while maintaining strategic alignment Requirements 6-10 years of change management consulting experience Proven expertise with ADKAR methodology and change management frameworks Strong background in IT systems implementations and digital transformations Experience with enterprise portal implementations and user experience enhancements Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities Change management certification (Prosci, Kotter, or similar) preferred Experience in utility or energy sector highly valued Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field What We Offer Competitive hourly rate of up tp $40/hour 12-month contract with potential for extension Opportunity to work with a Fortune 500 energy leader Exposure to cutting-edge enterprise technology initiatives Professional development in large-scale organizational change Collaborative work environment with industry experts This is an on-site position in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
