Principal Agile Program Manager / Scrum Master Location: Juno Beach, FL (On-site) Duration: 1 Month Contract Overview Our client is a leading energy company seeking an experienced Principal Scrum Master to guide cross-functional teams through complex enterprise initiatives. This senior-level role requires 15+ years of experience and combines deep expertise in Scrum frameworks with practical knowledge of traditional project management approaches. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic advisor, coaching teams and leadership on agile transformation and hybrid delivery models. Key Responsibilities Agile Leadership: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for multiple high-performing teams including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews Coaching & Mentoring: Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and mindset transformation Enterprise Scaling: Champion agile adoption and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale) for enterprise-wide initiatives Hybrid Methodology: Assess project complexity and organizational readiness to determine optimal delivery approaches combining Agile and Waterfall methodologies Strategic Advisory: Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement practices and methodology optimization Requirements 15+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience Advanced Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM II, or equivalent) Proven experience with enterprise agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale) Strong background in both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies Experience coaching and mentoring teams in agile transformation Excellent facilitation and communication skills Energy or utilities industry experience preferred Benefits Competitive hourly rate of up to $68 Opportunity to work with a Fortune 500 energy leader Exposure to complex enterprise technology initiatives Professional development and networking opportunities Standard 8-5 schedule with work-life balance
