Geography ECT required January 2026 Good mixed school based in Milton Keynes Geography ECT to join a collaborative and forward-thinking Geography team Our Client is seeking a Geography ECT for a large mixed school in Milton Keynes. The successful teacher will benefit from structured mentoring, scheduled observation cycles, co-planning sessions with experienced teachers and opportunities to support fieldwork and extracurricular environmental projects. School Information This 11–18 school educates around 1,350 students and delivers strong academic progress across Humanities subjects. The Geography department emphasises global awareness, sustainability, climate issues, and geographical skills supported by digital tools and an extensive fieldwork calendar. ECTs benefit from additional PPA, guidance from a dedicated mentor, and access to CPD focusing on classroom management, curriculum delivery and assessment strategies.
