About the position
Are you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher of English looking to begin your teaching career in a supportive environment? A well-regarded secondary school in Essex is seeking an English ECT to join their department immediately. About the Role: This is a full-time, permanent role teaching English across KS3–KS4. You will deliver engaging lessons, develop effective assessment strategies, and grow your classroom practice with structured ECT support. About the School: The school is Ofsted Good and known for its calm learning environment, strong pastoral systems, and commitment to staff development. The English department is collaborative and highly supportive of ECTs.
