You will be responsible for the security, maintenance, and overall safety of the school site, ensuring it remains an inspiring and safe environment for pupils and staff. Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope Site Security: Responsible for the daily opening and locking of the school site and acting as the primary key-holder. Maintenance & DIY: Managing general repairs, supervising external contractors, and ensuring the grounds are impeccably maintained. Health & Safety: Maintaining all statutory logs, including fire safety, water hygiene, and building compliance checks.
