About the position

Dutch-Speaking Content Moderator Location: Athens, Greece Employment Type: Full-time | On-site / Hybrid Position: Agent Language Requirement: Dutch (C1/C2) + English (B2) ERF Location: TP Athens Work from Home: No Salary & Compensation Gross Salary: €1,300.00 / month Productivity Bonus: Up to 10% of gross salary (based on target achievement) Training Completion Bonus: €100 gross (one-time payment with second salary cycle) Relocation Bonus: €300 gross after 6 months of employment Food Allowance: Up to €80/month , based on on-site attendance Working Hours & Schedule Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 Schedule: Monday to Friday & Weekends Training Start Date: 18 February 2026 Duration: 19 fully paid training days Training from Home: No Relocation Support Choose one of the following options: Option 1: Full relocation package Flight ticket Hotel accommodation Real estate agency fees covered Option 2: €250 relocation allowance Real estate agency fees covered About the Role As a Content Moderator , you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure a safe, respectful, and compliant online environment. You will play an essential role in enforcing platform guidelines and maintaining high-quality digital interactions.
