Centre Supervisor ( Healthcare / Sunday off)

About the position
Provides administrative and operation support to the Centre in terms of achieving licensing standards. Submission of reports, claims, documentations or statistics to internal and external stakeholders. Manage and keep track of referrals to the daycare services according to timeline and SOPs. Assist to manage a team of support staff and maintain a favorable workplace culture. Assist centre and clients to look into transportation matters and provide timely solutions. Assist with cost-effectiveness in centre operation. Ensure accurate clients’ attendances and submission of reports. Coordinate facility repairs, maintenance of equipment and related documentation in a timely manner. Ensure timely purchasing of centre supplies, handles suppliers, vendors and contractors of Centre. Work towards improvement of clients’ and staffs’ satisfaction level as well as safety and mental health being. Participates with individual care plans of clients in a multi-disciplinary team and assist ICP Coordinator to update related documentations. Performs suitable assessment tools on clients or families at professional level in absence of clinicians. Assists Centre Manager with recruitment, hiring and training process. Updating of staffs’ training records and assist Centre Manager to identify training gaps. Provides cross coverage to colleagues or deployment to other centre/s when need arises. Observe confidentiality of information in relations to centre and the occupants. Assist the Centre Manager in managing adverse situations during operations. Management of all enquires, feedback, complaints and incidents in relations to Centre. Assist Centre Manager to liaise with key partners, to plan, keep track and implement programs and schedules. Assist to manage donations, volunteers and community partners when requires. Manage auditors professionally, assist in external audits and Centre policies. Assist Centre Manager in internal audits, investigations and recovery process. Assist clinical team when requires towards the care of clients and challenging behaviors. Assist to provide counselling to occupants of Centre including staffs and volunteers when requires. Assist in contingency and emergency planning. Recording and writing of minutes for centre's meeting when requires. Perform any other duties as assigned by Centre Manager. Job requirements Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Nursing or Healthcare related. 2 years of experience in healthcare setting or in working with elderly preferred. Reliable, able to handles stress well and possess a positive attitude. Must have patience and likes working with different age groups and families. Willing to work staggered shifts according to Centre operating hours and overtime when requires. Salary range: $2900 – 4500 Work Location: Hougang Working Hours: 5-day week, with 1 off day on weekday (excluding Sundays and gazetted public holidays) and the working hours are as follows, depending on the duty roster: Working hours for Monday to Saturday Shift 1 - 6.30am to 4.00pm (opening) Shift 2 - 7.00am to 4.30pm Shift 3 – 7.30am to 5.00pm Shift 4 – 8.00am to 5.30pm Shift 5 - 8.30am to 6.00pm Shift 6 - 9.00am to 6.30pm Shift 7 – 9.30am to 10.00am Shift 8 - 10.00am to 7.30pm (closing) Job ID: V6VR76 All Successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
