About the position

Position: Customer Expert Work model: On-Site Location: Athens, Greece Employment type: Full-time What you will do Deliver exceptional customer service, following the customers standards and processes. Provide accurate information to prospects and guide them throughout their journey. Perform Level 1 troubleshooting for connected services. Call, collect and analyze customer feedback through structured workflows. Coordinate with Norton’s dealer network to ensure timely updates and resolutions. Escalate cases when necessary and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction. Show empathy and professionalism in every interaction, whether written or verbal. Manage high-value customers and support them with a premium experience. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases quickly and efficiently. Consistently meet performance targets and quality standards. What you will bring Excellent French language skills . Very good English communication skills. Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a premium or luxury brand. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive cases. Good computer literacy and basic knowledge of MS Excel. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
