About the position

Job Objective: To assist in administrative activities related to HR Services ensuring employees' entitlements to salary and benefits are appropriately documented in accordance with Company's policies and procedure and employment contracts; Ensure proper maintenance/regular update of the Personal system Key Accountabilities: Employee Services Personnel Administration Insurance Coverage and End of Service Benefits (EOSB) Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures Statements and Reports Minimum Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources management or administration preferred Minimum Experience: 2-3 years of relevant Personal administration related experience in a similar sized company Job Specific Skills: Attention to detail Communication skills Ability to work under pressure Computer literacy Notes: Male Candidates Only Native Arabic Speakers Only Oracle Experience required
