What you will do Plan, build and optimize advertising campaigns for highvalue clients working across search, mobile and video advertising channels, with a focus on maximizing ROI and campaign efficiency. Create keyword packs, manage bids and budgets, analyze account and campaign data, and identify opportunities for growth or improvement. Generate and present data driven reports and insights to support optimization strategies and guide decision-making. Collaborate closely with content, analytics and operations teams coordinating on localisation, campaign setup, budget management, and performance tracking. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and industry developments bring ideas for innovation and process improvement. What were looking for Native or fluent German (C1+) with excellent written and oral communication skills. Good command of English (at least B2) to communicate in a multilingual working environment. 12 years (or more) experience in digital marketing, campaign optimization, PPC/SEM or similar roles ideally within a B2B environment. Experience with digital advertising tools and platforms (e.g. Google Ads / AdWords), comfort working with data and analytics, and solid computer literacy (especially Excel/Office). Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, learn quickly, and adapt to new digital marketing strategies.
