Are you a motivated and caring SEN TA looking to make a real difference from January 2026? Support pupils with personalised strategies and interventions. Encourage independence and positive learning behaviours. Assist with monitoring progress and recording observations. Promote inclusive practice throughout the Dagenham school. Person specification Experience supporting SEND pupils in an educational setting. Understanding of inclusive strategies and behaviour support. Flexible, patient and committed to pupil progress. Able to begin January 2026, with induction completed before January 2026.
