Key Responsibilities: Handle outbound customer calls professionally Assist customers using prepared scripts and clear guidelines Provide accurate information on products and services Work closely with team members to achieve service KPIs Working Hours Rotational shifts 5 working days per week 2 days off (rotational basis) Training & Benefits 1-month paid training provided KPI allowance Supportive team environment Easily accessible location (LRT & shuttle service) Requirements Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English Willing to work rotational shifts Positive attitude and willingness to learn
