The Role As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will: Support the learning and development of children in nursery and reception classes Assist in delivering structured and play-based activities Support children with additional needs, including SEN and EAL Observe, monitor, and record children’s progress, providing feedback to class teachers Encourage independence, curiosity, and confidence in young learners Prepare classroom resources and assist with daily routines You will also assist in outdoor learning, creative play, and school trips, maintaining a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
