The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the school site is safe, secure, and welcoming for students, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities • Opening and closing the school site • Carrying out regular health & safety checks, including fire safety • Basic maintenance, repairs, and DIY tasks • Grounds maintenance and site presentation • Liaising with contractors and reporting defects • Supporting events, lettings, and emergency call-outs Person Specification • Previous experience in a caretaking or site management role • Strong understanding of health & safety procedures • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively • Commitment to safeguarding and site security • Eligibility to work in the UK Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Application: Please submit your CV as soon as possible to be considered.
