Monitor student progress and implement targeted interventions. Who We’re Looking For: A qualified teacher with SENCO accreditation (or willingness to obtain it). Experience in leading SEN provision in secondary schools. Strong organizational and leadership skills. A deep understanding of SEND legislation and best practices.
