Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities and candidate experience in the region Advertise positions and source candidates via various platforms including digital Drive recruitment innovation to achieve market leadership in talent attraction Partner with business leaders to determine hiring needs, anticipate talents needs and fill key roles Requirements Bachelor's degree holder 3+ years talent acquisition experience with a reputable agency or corporate Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, either agency or in-house Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Hands-on and a positive attitude
