Your Mission as a Business Development Coordinator Your mission is to support and expand GOS operations throughout Libya by driving sales growth, building lasting client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. By aligning our commercial strategies with customer needs and market trends, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of GOS in a dynamic and competitive landscape. You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Business Development Coordinator Drive customer engagement through regular meetings, site visits, and effective communication. Promote GOS products and services to maximize revenue and expand market share. Manage and track sales opportunities, enquiries, quotes, and orders. Support forecasting efforts through accurate pipeline and revenue reporting. Collaborate on technical and commercial proposals, bids, and tenders. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and tender notices to identify growth areas. Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and supply chain to align service delivery and pricing. Assist with accounts receivable by tracking and following up on unpaid invoices. Prepare detailed sales reports, dashboards, and performance analyses. Contribute to customer engagement materials and support promotional events. Maintain adherence to company documentation standards and internal procedures. Qualifications and Skills That Will Allow You to Thrive as a Business Development Coordinator Bachelor’s degree in Engineering . 4–8 years of experience in business development or sales in the oil & gas industry. Strong familiarity with the Libyan oil & gas market and its key players. Proven experience in proposal development, tendering, and client-facing communications. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting software. Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred. Additional Information Working Days & Hours: Sunday to Thursday (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Location: (Office-based) Benghazi,Place of work
