About the position

Talent Acquisition Specialist – Tech (Banking) Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to attract top tech talent in banking. Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers. Proactively source candidates via job boards, networks, social media, and pipelines. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and competencies. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process. Track recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve strategies. Represent employer brand at events and promote opportunities. Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient processes. Manage Salary Proposal Key Qualifications Proven experience recruiting tech roles in banking/financial services. Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels. Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with ability to leverage metrics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
