Spanish Teacher required January 2026 Mixed secondary school based in Rayleigh Spanish Teacher to join a supportive and growing MFL department Our Client is seeking a Spanish Teacher to join a friendly and forward-looking MFL team in Rayleigh. The successful candidate will teach KS3 and KS4 Spanish and contribute to language enrichment activities across the school. School Information This 11–18 school educates approximately 1,150 pupils and has a strong focus on inclusive education and positive student relationships. The MFL department works collaboratively, sharing resources, assessments, and best practice to support high-quality language teaching. Staff describe the school as welcoming, well-led, and community-focused. Behaviour systems are clear and consistent, and leadership is committed to staff wellbeing and manageable workloads.
