Youll assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and order-related questions while ensuring a friendly and professional experience. What We Offer: Gross Salary: 1,045.72 Salary Progression: After 12 months: 1,100.00 After 3 years: 1,150.00 (Increases applied from the first available payroll cycle after each milestone) Productivity Bonus: Up to 200.00 , based on performance targets Training: From home Work Model: Fully remote Relocation Package (if applicable): ️ Flight ticket (within the EU) 2 weeks hotel accommodation Airport pickup upon arrival Real estate agency fee covered Work from Home Information: If relocating , the Work-from-Home location is Athens If local , Work-from-Home is possible anywhere in Greece Requirements: Native or fluent Italian (C1+) and good English skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Previous customer service experience is a plus
