A successful and growing secondary school in St Albans is seeking a highly organised HR Administrator to support its staff and leadership team from January 2026 . The Role You will provide day-to-day HR and personnel support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, confidentiality and smooth processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing people-focused work with detailed administrative systems.
