About the Job Location : BGC, Taguig Corporate Title : Junior Officer to Senior Manager Work Arrangement : Hybrid Our Marketing and Cash Management team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig for the role of Brand Activation & Sponsorships Officer. In this role, you will conceptualize, plan, and execute internal and external events to support brand and sales objectives; manage sponsors, vendors, budgets, logistics, and merchandising requirements; ensure consistent brand communication; evaluate event and sponsorship performance; and collaborate with multiple business units to deliver end-to-end event and campaign support. What the role will entail: Conceptualize, plan, and execute internal and external events to achieve brand and sales objectives Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, managing communications, asset delivery, and value negotiations Collaborate with multiple business units on event, merchandising, and campaign requirements Manage event logistics, vendor sourcing and onboarding, budgets, invoicing, and corporate giveaways Prepare post-event reports, evaluate sponsorship performance, and ensure consistent brand communication across all materials What we're looking for : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Arts or Business 3-5 years of work experience in relevant or similar position Good portfolio of organized events and sponsorship What you can expect from joining our team: Career development and training opportunities Competitive salary package and benefits Performance-based incentives and recognition programs to reward high-performing individuals Opportunity to work with industry experts and be mentored by them Defined career progression paths to guide you in your professional growth
