What You'll Be Doing Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating with clients, and closing hires Execute strategic headhunting for niche and volume roles Build and manage talent pipelines across multiple international markets Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to deliver consistent placement success Meet performance targets in a high-velocity, fully remote environment Must-Haves At least 3 years of headhunting and/or volume hiring experience Candidates with 3+ years of recruitment experience or fresh graduates from top state universities with Latin honors are encouraged to apply.
