Known for its commitment to quality and operational excellence, they are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to oversee daily operations to meet production schedules and quality targets. Job Description: Oversee new transfer initiatives and create process documentation. Perform time studies, assess workflow, and recommend efficiency enhancements. Manage corrective measures from inspections and audits. Plan factory layouts, design jigs and fixtures, and drive continuous improvements. Evaluate product designs for manufacturability (DFM) and identify root causes of defects (FMEA). Implement Lean/Six Sigma strategies to boost quality, reliability, and cost efficiency Develop production procedures, validate processes/products, and approve new equipment. Generate reports on manufacturing performance and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronic, or Industrial Engineering. At least 2 years manufacturing experience Skilled in reading mechanical drawings and SolidWorks; Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma.
