B2B Digital Sales Specialist - Dutch + English Start Date: 12 January 2026 Location: Bulgaria Work Model: Remote Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:0018:00 Salary: 4242 BGN gross + 2000 BGN quarterly target bonus We are recruiting a Dutch-speaking B2B Digital Sales Specialist to join a fast-growing digital sales team. This fully remote role is open to candidates living anywhere in Bulgaria. Responsibilities Execute outbound B2B cold calling and target prospecting Build qualified sales pipelines for digital advertising solutions Drive revenue through strategic business development Maintain performance KPIs and detailed CRM records Requirements Dutch fluency (minimum C1) with solid English At least 2 years of cold calling sales experience , preferably in tech or digital advertising Strong knowledge of business development and lead qualification Must be located in Bulgaria (remote role) Salary Conditions Quarterly-based bonus system 2000 BGN target bonus per quarter Relocation Package Sofia (if needed) Travel refund up to 490 BGN 10 days hotel stay Salary advance of 1056 BGNPlace of work
