Be the friendly face behind fast, high-quality support. 🚀✨ 💼 Your Tasks 📩 Respond to support questions via email & chat 🛠️ Follow clear guidelines (SOPs) to solve issues or escalate when needed ⏱️ Stay on track with service level goals & quality standards 📚 Join training sessions & reviews to keep growing and improving ✅ What We’re Looking For 🗣️ German: C2 level (native-like fluency) 🗣️ English: B2 level (comfortable communication) 🖋️ Excellent writing skills 💬 Experience handling chats & support tickets 📞 Bonus if you've worked in a contact center or service team (especially for ad tech!) 📱 Familiar with social media and digital ads 🔍 Great at solving problems & understanding complex issues 🌪️ Flexible and adaptable in a fast-moving environment 💡 Product support experience is a big plus!
