Banking Recovery Lead

About the position

Key Responsibilities Incident Management : Monitor, resolve, and escalate system issues. Problem Management : Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes. Change Management : Review and oversee system changes without disruption. Service Excellence : Ensure SLA compliance and deliver performance reports. Leadership : Mentor junior staff and coordinate team operations. Continuous Improvement : Optimize processes and train staff on new systems. Requirements Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field. Minimum 10 years in application support, with at least 6 years in banking. Strong knowledge of core banking, payments (SWIFT, ACH, RTGS), data warehousing . Hands‑on with SQL, Oracle, Unix/Linux, Windows Server, AS400 . Familiarity with monitoring tools like ITRS Geneos, Splunk . Bonus: ITIL methodology, scripting, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Independent, proactive, and excellent communicator.
