Job Summary You will bring deep technical expertise, strong project management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance, and adherence to the highest quality standards. Perform structural analysis and design for bridge and building structures using established industry tools and methodologies. Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring full compliance with approved designs, building codes, and safety regulations. Collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives and ensure smooth execution. Implement rigorous quality assurance processes, including regular site inspections to verify structural integrity and long-term durability. Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, specifications, and other documentation required for approvals, tenders, and project records. Stay current with advancements in the field and apply innovative techniques and technologies to enhance project outcomes. Be willing and able to travel to project sites for hands-on involvement, including working closely with the headquarters team during installation phases. Execute post-tensioning works; prior experience with systems from VSL, Freyssinet, or BBR will be a distinct advantage. Requirements Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil/structural engineering, with a focus on bridge and/or building projects. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, or similar tools is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Mandarin will be an added advantage. Strong analytical thinking and proven problem-solving capabilities. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
