About the position

A lively, community-focused 11–18 secondary school in Market Harborough is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Drama ECT from January 2026 . The Role You’ll teach Drama across KS3–KS4 , developing students’ confidence, creativity and performance skills. The department offers opportunities to contribute to annual productions, showcase evenings, theatre visits and workshops with visiting practitioners.
