History ECT required January 2026 Good mixed school based in Luton History ECT to join a well-organised, discussion-driven, and academically ambitious Humanities team Our Client is seeking a History ECT to teach KS3–KS4 at a strong secondary school in Luton. The school is looking for a reflective practitioner who is keen to develop their pedagogy within a supportive team. School Information This large 11–18 school educates around 1,200 pupils and has a solid track record of strong progress across Humanities subjects. The History department is known for its enquiry-based learning model, which encourages students to think critically, interpret sources, challenge assumptions, and construct historical arguments.
