Your Tasks 🔍 Review and tag videos from a popular social media platform based on set guidelines 🧠 Make quick and accurate decisions about content 📞 Support users via phone, email, chat, and social media 🙌 Assist merchants with questions about products and services 💡 Share ideas to improve customer experience 🤝 Collaborate with other teams like Sales and Marketing What We’re Looking For 🌐Proficiency in German 🗣️ English level B2/C1 – You’ll need to write reports and understand team communication 🧘 Ability to stay calm under pressure & manage stress ⚡ Quick decision-making & agility 💪 Confidence & independence 🔄 Comfortable with repetitive tasks 📈 Motivated to grow – This project is expanding fast!
