About the Company Stilino is a construction company specializing in the renovation and reconstruction of public-use buildings , with several active projects across the Silesian region. The company currently manages over a dozen projects at various stages of development. To support its ongoing growth, Stilino is looking for a Site Manager who can oversee multiple projects, optimize delivery processes, and contribute to the expansion of the technical team. Key Responsibilities Organize and deliver projects according to agreed timelines Oversee subcontractor work to ensure quality and timely execution Analyze technical solutions to optimize cost and delivery Coordinate internal teams and external providers Participate in site meetings and coordination on location Manage 3–4 construction projects in parallel Monitor daily project progress Negotiate contracts with subcontractors Candidate Profile Degree in a relevant technical field Valid unrestricted construction license Experience not required, but highly valued Familiarity with Norma PRO or Norma EXPERT is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Analytical mindset with a focus on cost-efficiency and timelines Comfortable leading teams and coordinating in the field What the Company Offers Long-term opportunity in a growing and stable business Choice of employment contract or B2B cooperation Company car, laptop, and phone Performance-based bonuses tied to project volume Benefits package: Multisport card , private medical care (Medicover / Luxmed) Clear growth path, including potential to build and lead your own team
