Software Engineer - Moscow

About the position

Our client is an international company which develops, manufactures and sells laser printers and toner cartridges. Its branded laser printers have advanced core technologies and have comprehensive self-developed patent systems. The company has a mission to provide users with reliable, cost effective and environmentally friendly printing solutions. The company now owns more than 70% market share in Russia. Job Location: Moscow Work Mode: Onsite Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the people management of Moscow's software team, and supervise the demand analysis and technical support activities of the laser printing product market; 2. Responsible for tracking and solving technical problems of embedded software in laser printing products, including functions, performance optimization, controllability, etc.; 3. Responsible for the development of software localization functions for laser printing products; 4. Responsible for team memeber's perfomance review, promotion, team recruitment, etc. 5. Communicate and report with China HQ Requirements: 1. At least 5-7 years of experience in Linux application development. Familiar with or proficient in C/C++, shell programming, with solid knowledge in PC software or Qt/Networking protocols. 2. At least 2 years team management experiences 3. Have good problem-solving and debugging skills, and be able to independently locate and solve problems in software development
