Science ECT required January 2026 Good mixed school based in Halifax Science ECT to join a highly successful and well-supported department Our Client is looking for a Science ECT to work within a thriving mixed school in Halifax. The successful candidate will teach KS3 & KS4 with access to modern laboratories and mentoring support from experienced teachers. School Information This 11–18 school serves around 1,250 pupils and continues to perform well academically, with 92% of students achieving grades 9–4 in English and Maths. The Science department is dynamic and well-equipped with digital resources, lab technicians, and a strong focus on investigative learning. ECTs are provided with a reduced timetable, peer observations, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
