You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced Sales and Marketing leaders, gaining exposure, mentorship, and the chance to refine your craft in real time. What Will You Do? Prospecting & Lead Generation Own outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach Understand customer pain points and articulate how our platform solves them Follow up with inbound leads from campaigns, webinars, and marketing channels Research and identify ideal-fit prospects aligned with our ICP Book meaningful, sales-ready meetings with high-priority targets Lead Qualification Engage prospects to uncover needs and assess fit Use frameworks such as BANT and MEDDIC Identify decision-makers, evaluate urgency, and surface compelling pain points Pass qualified opportunities to Sales with clean, accurate context CRM & Data Management Maintain precise activity logs, statuses, and notes in HubSpot Keep lead and account data organized and accurate for forecasting and reporting Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Sales for seamless handoffs and shared pipeline strategies Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality and messaging effectiveness Share insights from prospect conversations to improve targeting and positioning What Will You Need? Ideally 13 years of outbound SDR experience (SaaS preferred), though strong early-career candidates will be considered Confidence and skill with cold calls and live conversations Strong customer-centric mindset and relationship-building skills High motivation, resilience, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment Entrepreneurial work ethic self-starter, self-managed, resourceful Excellent communication skills across both business and technical audiences Strong team orientation and collaborative mindset Job Type: Full-Time Location: Los Angeles, CA (El Segundo office, 5 days/week)
