You’ll help clients switch to green energy solutions, with a smile 😊 💼 Your role As an Outbound Advisor, you'll be: 📞 Contacting potential customers by phone – both cold & warm leads 💬 Making a great first impression in the first 20 seconds 🌱 Promoting green energy and its benefits ✍️ Guiding clients to sign contracts digitally 💡 Encouraging e-billing, direct debit, and boiler maintenance 🔁 Creating your own mini-database via referrals (yes – you're in charge!) 💪 30% of your success will come from opportunities you create yourself – we love go-getters! 👤 What we’re looking for 🗣️ Dutch at native level, English for internal communication 🎯 Experience in sales (contact center or face-to-face) 🖥️ Basic PC and CRM system skills 🌟 You’re persuasive, resilient, self-confident, and love talking to people 🎧 Strong communicator with a cheerful chat style 💥 Full commitment and high energy 🎁 What you get ✅ Full-time position (40 hours/week) 🩺 Private health insurance 🌍 Relocation package if you’re moving to Bulgaria 🎓 3-day training + ongoing support 🌱 Room to grow: Senior Agent or Team Lead roles possible 🏠 Hybrid work possible after ramp-up and target achievement Location Sofia, Bulgaria
