What Youll Be Doing Provide customer support via chat, phone, and email , acting as the first point of contact for customers. Resolve issues by investigating customer complaints and identifying the best solutions. Maintain accurate customer records while ensuring compliance with data protection protocols. Assist in reporting technical issues and providing valuable market insights to support the management team. Document customer interactions to ensure a detailed customer history. Support the management team with additional projects and operational tasks. What Were Looking For Fluent Danish speaker (C1 level) with strong verbal and written communication skills. Good command of English to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment. Minimum 1 year of customer support experience preferably in a fast-paced industry. Strong problem-solving skills ability to identify issues and resolve them efficiently. Adaptability comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving industry.
