About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Test Automation Engineer to join our team and contribute to the delivery of reliable, high-quality IT systems. This role involves working across multiple testing disciplines and technologies, with a particular focus on microservices-based architectures. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who excels in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust automated testing solutions. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business and technical requirements to design comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases. Identify and define test scenarios across functional, integration, and technical layers. Develop and maintain scalable, automated test frameworks and solutions from the ground up. Prepare, manage, and optimize test data and test environments. Perform testing of microservices and RESTful APIs, ensuring proper isolation and handling of dependencies. Collaborate effectively within Agile, Scrum, or SAFe teams, supporting CI/CD and DevOps initiatives. Contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices, tools, and methodologies. Requirements: Programming: Strong proficiency in Java 21, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns. Testing Expertise: Test Data Management Test Environment Management Test Management Automated Functional Testing Functional Testing Performance Testing Technical and Web Services Testing Tools & Technologies: RESTful API testing (HTTP methods, status codes, headers) SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Architecture: Deep understanding of microservices principles, design, and implementation. Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
