Business Studies Teacher - Full-time, Permanent (September 2025 Start) A diverse Mixed School in Ealing seeks a passionate and engaging Business Studies Teacher to join our Business and Economics department. We are looking for an educator who can inspire students to develop a strong understanding of business principles and practices. About the Role: Deliver engaging and challenging Business Studies lessons at A-Level, covering core areas such as marketing, finance, human resources, and strategic management. Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that incorporate case studies, business simulations, and critical analysis of business strategies and performance, ensuring students develop a strong understanding of business principles and methodologies. Assess student progress through essays, presentations, business reports, and examinations, providing detailed and constructive feedback to support their academic development. Organize and facilitate business-related workshops, competitions, and visits to business organizations, enriching students' learning experiences and promoting their interest in business. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Business Studies or a related field, demonstrating a deep understanding of business theories and practices. Extensive experience teaching A-Level Business Studies, with a proven track record of student success and a commitment to high academic standards. Strong knowledge of business research methods, data analysis, and business strategy analysis. Excellent communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds. A passion for business education and a commitment to fostering business literacy and critical thinking.
