Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Analyst who can bridge the gap between data and decision- making. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with MySQL for direct data extraction and analysis, combined with a strong understanding of marketing metrics, funnels, and campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of data analytics and marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate data from MySQL databases. Analyze customer journeys, conversion funnels, and marketing campaign performance. Work closely with marketing teams to translate business problems into data-driven solutions. Build and automate dashboards/reports to track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, churn, ROI, CTR,etc. Conduct cohort analysis, segmentation, and A/B testing to evaluate marketing initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Growth, Sales) to provide insights that drive business outcomes. Translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies and recommendations for leadership. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in analytics, marketing analytics, or business intelligence. MBA from a Tier-1 business school (specialization in Marketing/Analytics preferred). Strong proficiency in SQL/MySQL; ability to write complex queries independently. Solid understanding of marketing concepts, digital campaigns, funnels, and performance metrics. Proficiency with analytics/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio). Hands-on experience with marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM tools) is a plus.
