Position Overview: The Sales Director will play a crucial role in strategizing and implementing commercial plans and initiatives to drive growth and profitability within the food services sector. This role demands a proactive approach to market analysis, sales strategy, and team leadership to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets in the food services domain. Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar commercial leadership role within the food services or related industry. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant sales software.
