Sales Executive - B2B Industrial Sales | Miami, FL

Location: Miami, Florida Job Type: Permanent · Full-time Travel: Regular travel within assigned territory Venair INC is an international manufacturing and engineering company serving industrial, biotech, pharma, and food-processing clients. 🔎 What are we looking for? Due to our continued international growth, we are seeking a Sales Executive based in our Miami, FL office to actively develop and expand our presence across an assigned sales territory in the United States. 💼Key Responsibilities Prospect and qualify new B2B customers through cold calling, outreach, and lead generation . Develop business within assigned territories and industry segments . Conduct customer visits across the region to identify needs and propose solutions. Present and promote technical products to industrial and manufacturing clients. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to support territory growth and revenue goals . Prepare quotes, follow up on proposals, and support the entire sales cycle. Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce or similar). Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions . Open new accounts and expand presence within key markets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and account development. 🎯Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Business, or similar field. 1+ years of experience in B2B sales , preferably in industrial sales, technical sales, biomedical, or manufacturing environments. Demonstrated success in cold calling, pipeline building, new business development, and closing deals . Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools . Organized, analytical, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Valid driver’s license; comfortable with frequent travel within the Miami region. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize opportunities effectively. 👌🏼Compensation & Benefits Total Compensation: $64,000–$85,000/year (gross) based on experience.
