About the Role The Country Manager will lead the brands commercial growth and strategic development across Korea. This is a high-impact role where your decisions directly shape performance and expansion. Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth through a structured and ambitious market strategy. Build and manage partnerships, affiliates, and commercial collaborations across Korea. Identify and develop new business opportunities based on market trends and customer insights. Strengthen the company's brand presence across online and offline channels. Gather and analyse performance data, forecast results, and meet quarterly and annual business targets. Serve as the main local representative at industry events, conferences, and meetings. Work closely with international departments including product, marketing, and compliance to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements Proven commercial background in business development, partnerships, or country management within the Korean market. Deep understanding of the Korean business environment and commercial ecosystem. Fluency in Korean and English, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative and make strong business decisions. Results-oriented approach with experience working toward ambitious targets.
