About the position

Are you a natural leader with live-gaming experience and strong people-management skills? Were looking for a Team Manager for our live casino operations in Belgrade, Serbia , to build and guide a dynamic team of presenters and shufflers, ensuring smooth, high-quality broadcasts around the clock. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and mentor a team of game presenters/shufflers to deliver engaging and professional live shows Oversee shift planning, staffing, and rotation to ensure consistent coverage of 24/7 live table games Coordinate with production, operations, and content teams to optimize game pacing and flow Monitor presenter KPIs, provide performance feedback, and support professional growth Design and manage training programs to onboard new talent and improve presenter/shuffler skills Help shape new game formats, contribute to localized content, and scale the team as studio operations grow Who You Are Experienced in live-dealer gaming, broadcasting, or presenter roles Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a talent for motivating and developing people Highly organized and capable of managing complex schedules and shift-based teams Fluent in English; additional language skills (Serbian, Turkish, etc.) are a plus Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment Passionate about iGaming and delivering outstanding player engagement Why This Role Matters Belgrade is quickly emerging as a major iGaming center , with a growing sector and expanding live casino infrastructure.
