Role Highlights: Full-time, permanent position at a welcoming primary school in Ealing Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with additional learning needs Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and track student progress Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment Support children with social and emotional development, promoting confidence and independence Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and parents to provide a holistic approach to student support Experience & Qualifications: Previous experience as an LSA, Teaching Assistant, or similar role is desirable A passion for supporting children’s learning and well-being Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to working with students Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Enhanced DBS check required Why Join Us?
