HLTA – Vibrant Primary School – Hammersmith – ASAP Start Role: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Nature: Full-Time, Permanent Start: ASAP Salary: Dependent on experience A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hammersmith is seeking a dedicated and experienced HLTA to join their team as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key role in supporting teaching and learning, working closely with staff and students to ensure high-quality education for all. Role Highlights: Full-time, permanent position at a supportive primary school in Hammersmith Plan and deliver lessons in collaboration with class teachers across different year groups Provide targeted support to students in small groups and one-on-one interventions Assist with lesson planning, assessment, and classroom management Cover lessons in the absence of class teachers, ensuring continuity of learning Support children with a range of learning needs, including those with SEN Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to enhance student progress Experience & Qualifications: HLTA qualification or significant experience as a Teaching Assistant with leadership responsibilities Previous experience working in a primary school setting Ability to deliver lessons confidently and independently when required Strong communication and teamwork skills A positive, proactive, and nurturing approach to supporting children’s learning Enhanced DBS check required Why Join Us?
