Role Highlights: Full-time, permanent position at a progressive specialist school in Croydon Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEN Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized learning plans (ILPs) and EHCP targets Foster a nurturing and supportive learning environment that encourages independence and confidence Use innovative and therapeutic teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of students Collaborate with parents, carers, and external professionals to provide holistic support for students Maintain a strong commitment to safeguarding, well-being, and inclusive educational practices Experience & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience working with children with SEN in a specialist or mainstream setting Strong knowledge of SEND frameworks, EHCP processes, and inclusive teaching strategies A creative and adaptable approach to teaching, with the ability to differentiate for a variety of learning needs Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a child-centered approach Enhanced DBS check required Why Join Us?
