B2B Digital Sales Specialist - Spanish + English Start Date: 12 January 2026 Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Work Model: Hybrid (Candidates living outside Sofia can now be considered) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00 Salary: 3267 BGN gross + 2000 BGN quarterly target bonus We are looking for a Spanish-speaking B2B Digital Sales Specialist to support business development activities for digital advertising clients. This hybrid role offers flexibility and strong development potential. Responsibilities Lead outbound B2B cold calling activities Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective business leads Support digital advertising solutions for international clients Achieve KPIs, maintain CRM accuracy, and contribute to team targets Requirements Fluency in Spanish (minimum C1) and good English Minimum 2 years of cold calling sales experience , ideally in tech/digital advertising Strong business development and lead qualification skills Availability to work in a hybrid structure from Sofia Salary Conditions Quarterly-based bonus system 2000 BGN target bonus per quarter Relocation Package Sofia Travel refund up to 490 BGN 10 hotel nights with breakfast Salary advance of 1056 BGN , deducted in 3 installments
