B2B Digital Sales Specialist - Italian + English Start Date: 12 January 2026 Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Work Model: Hybrid Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:0018:00 Salary: 3267 BGN gross + 2000 BGN quarterly target bonus We are looking for an Italian-speaking B2B Digital Sales Specialist to join a leading international company in Sofia. Responsibilities Manage outbound B2B cold calling and lead generation Identify and qualify prospects through structured methodologies Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers Support digital advertising solutions and propose tailored offerings Achieve KPIs and quarterly sales targets Requirements Fluency in Italian (minimum C1) and solid English skills Minimum of 2 years of cold calling sales experience , ideally in tech or digital advertising Strong knowledge of business development and qualification methods Ability to work from Sofia under a hybrid model Salary Conditions The bonus system is quarterly-based and paid per quarter , not per month 2000 BGN target bonus per quarter Relocation Package Sofia (10 days) Up to 490 BGN travel refund after 6 months (with e-ticket and invoice) 10 nights in a city center hotel , breakfast included 1056 BGN salary advance , deducted in 3 monthly installments of 352 BGN Advance paid within 5 working days after submitting an active bank account
