About the Role: Deliver engaging and challenging Spanish lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, following relevant examination specifications. Plan and prepare high-quality lessons that cater to a variety of learning styles and abilities, ensuring all students are challenged and supported. Utilize a range of teaching methods and resources, including interactive activities, cultural immersion experiences, and technology, to enhance student learning. Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual learning journeys. Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level Spanish examinations, ensuring they have a strong understanding of assessment criteria. Contribute to the development of the Spanish curriculum and resources. Foster a love of Spanish language and culture in students, encouraging them to develop their communication skills, cultural awareness, and appreciation of diversity. Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment. Contribute to extracurricular activities and enrichment programs related to Spanish language and culture. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Strong subject knowledge in Spanish. Demonstrated ability to teach across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. Experience in preparing students for GCSE and A-Level Spanish examinations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and language skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities. A passion for Spanish language and culture and a commitment to fostering global citizenship. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
